I LOVE FALL!!!!

This is by far my most favorite time of year. I love the warm, but not blistering hot, days. I love the cool nights. I love the crisp smell of the air. I love the array of colors in the leaves. I love the holidays associated with this time of year (mostly I just love to celebrate stuff). I love wearing sweaters.
I love, love, love it!!!
I went for a walk the other day, snappy (the camera) and I. Here are some of the goods we came home with.

Brandon's "little" brother Jesse was born. Couldn't have picked a better month to come into this world =) We celebrated with a surprise party that was a surprise up until the very last turn to Aunt Julie's house, it was there that the youngest, Ty, slipped and the cat was out of the bag. So close. It was a fun party all the same with some delicious food as always when we eat with Brandon's family, a pinata, gifts and laughs.

It's always a fun time with Brandon's family

Party Like it's 1978!!!

Thirty long years ago my parents brought into this world a beautiful little bundle of joy and if I had any baby pictures here I would post one to show just how beautiful I really was. ;)
My sister put together a great 70's party and my friend Heidi made some amazing fondue. There were a lot of people that came to celebrate and it was so much fun!!!
Thank you! Thank you! to everyone who came and partied with us and the wonderful gifts!

Check out this cake!!

It's about time you developed this roll...

I have had this black and white disposable camera hanging around forever, and by forever I mean foorrrrrevvvvverrrrrrrr! Yep, I have pictures from when Aubrey and Eli got married.
I thought I would share a few of the photos with all of you. Yes Shauna, you can have the print of you and Nate. Anyone else who wants copies of pictures they are in, just let me know!

Here is a picture from the 11th Ward campout up at the King cabin back when I very first moved to Boise in 2005.
The second picture is at a friends apartment, Emily, Terance, Heather H, and Heidi

There are some new babies around. Brandon's mom has agreed to take in baby squirrels who have been abandoned or lost their mother and need to be nursed so they can grow and then be released back into the "wild". Brandon and I stopped by one night for the feeding.
They are so cute!

There are five baby squirrels at his parents house.

You're looking for the brick wall beast numbered 61, he gets the quarterback, but then had a techincal called on him.

Capital Football

Brandon's "little" brother is a senior at Capital High School and is on the football team. Brandon could really care less about football, but I love going to a game here and there and so definitely wanted to watch his brother play. We went to the Capital vs. Caldwell game. Now, back in the day (12 yrs ago) when I was going to school at Caldwell our football team was amazing, and if I remember right, undefeated my senior year, we went to state and placed third (would have placed higher except that the Madison team played dirty). However, Caldwell has not lived up to that great legacy and Capital killed them, had it not been for one field goal they would have been totally skunked!
final score: 52 to 3
Here are some pictures.
OH, Caldwell also has some rap song they play when the football team takes the field. I have been trying to download the video with it, but it hasn't worked yet. I'll be honest, it was embarrassing, I was glad to be sitting on the Capital side, instead of the c-town, c, c-town side.

Brandon and I enjoying the game, Coach Pete was also there watching a player they brought over from the Netherlands to play on Capital and to be later recruited by BSU, The senior float (it was Caldwell's homecoming)
